Mark Gardiner

Mark Gardiner is an experienced Operations Manager in the reinsurance sector, currently working at Guy Carpenter since February 2021, focusing on the Latin America & Caribbean Reinsurance Treaty Team. Prior to this role, Mark held a similar position at Willis Re for nearly 18 years, where responsibilities included overseeing the same geographic region, as well as serving as a Senior Account Controller for the Japan/APMETA Teams. Mark's career began at Churchill Insurance as a Claims Handler. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic & Social History from the University of Leicester, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and attended Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys from 1992 to 1999.
