Meng Jia

Meng Jia, GISP, is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer specializing in GIS at Guy Carpenter since November 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with clients and the CAT team for disaster exposure analysis and developing customized ESRI-based web applications for insurance portfolios. Prior experience includes serving as a GIS Scientist/Developer at INTERA Incorporated, creating GIS solutions for clients such as the US Department of Energy and various governmental entities, and working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where a notable Economic Forecasting application was developed.
