Michael Dardano, ACAS, MAAA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Treaty Broking at Guy Carpenter since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Safe-Guard Products International, including VP of Reinsurance Services and Director of Reinsurance Services, where contributions focused on delivering consumer protection solutions in the motor vehicle industry. Michael also worked as an Actuarial Consultant at Merlinos & Associates, Inc., a leading independent actuarial firm, and gained experience in residential construction management at Sheffield Construction. Michael earned a degree in Actuarial Science from Florida State University and is a credentialed member of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
