Rob Fortune is a seasoned professional in catastrophe analytics with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. At Guy Carpenter since October 2012, Rob has advanced to the role of Senior Vice President within GC Analytics, focusing on catastrophe analytics. Additionally, Rob serves as Treasurer for the Catastrophe and Reinsurance Symposium since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Rob held various positions at Willis Re from October 2005 to August 2012, culminating in the role of Executive Director for Catastrophe Management Services, and earlier served as an analyst in the same field. Rob began a career in academia as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Sydney in 2005.
