Ryan Darrow is a Reinsurance Broker at Guy Carpenter, where they help organizations design, implement, and manage programs that improve employee health and well-being, promote engagement, and reduce costs. Previously, Ryan worked as a Senior Client Associate and Client Manager at Gallagher, where they partnered with consultants on client renewals and analyzed financial data. Ryan served as a Solutions Consultant at Smartsheet and held consulting roles at The Spur Group. They graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a Bachelor of Arts in Business in 2017.
