Ryan Olson has extensive experience in the reinsurance industry, serving as the North America Contracts Leader for Guy Carpenter since December 2002, where responsibilities include managing the North America Contract Team and overseeing staffing, systems, training, and reinsurance contract strategy. Previously, Ryan held the role of Vice President, Senior Contract Associate at Guy Carpenter, focusing on drafting reinsurance contracts for both domestic and international property, casualty, and surety business. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Drug Safety Specialist at Amgen and as a Project Assistant at JONES DAY®, where legal support and database management were key responsibilities. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
