Simon Hughes has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served as Managing Director at Guy Carpenter since October 1995. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at KPMG from 1994 to 1995. Simon holds a BA Hons degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham, which was obtained between 1991 and 1994, and completed earlier education at Eltham College from 1979 to 1990.
