Thomas Hettinger

Thomas Hettinger currently serves as the Co-Global Chief Actuary at Guy Carpenter, where responsibilities include empowering colleagues to deliver top-notch analytical insights to clients. Prior roles include Managing Director and Strategic Advisory Leader at Guy Carpenter, managing client-focused solutions, and Managing Director at Arch Reinsurance Ltd, where expertise focused on casualty underwriting. Thomas's career also features significant positions at Towers Watson, including Americas P/C Sales and Practice Leader and Americas P/C ERM Leader, where strategic development in ERM and Capital Modeling took precedence.
