Timothy Hall is an accomplished Senior Scientist and Consultant with extensive experience in climate research and hazard analysis. Since May 2019, Timothy has been with The Climate Service and Guy Carpenter, providing expert consulting services. Previous roles include consulting for the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, where work involved evaluating hurricane and flood catastrophe models, and serving as a Senior Scientist at the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies from 2002 to 2021, focusing on climate change impacts on extreme weather. Timothy's consulting experience also includes significant contributions to firms such as Jupiter Intelligence, KatRisk LLC, WeatherPredict Consulting Inc., Aspen Re, and RMS, developing and analyzing hurricane and typhoon hazard models. Timothy holds a PhD in Physics from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Wesleyan University.
