Wade Stier

Wade Stier is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the reinsurance industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Tampa at Guy Carpenter since October 2018, Wade previously held the position of Vice President at XL Catlin, focusing on property treaty underwriting for U.S. property catastrophe from October 2013 to August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Director at Aon Benfield from March 2005 to October 2013 and Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter from March 2003 to October 2005. Wade Stier earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Penn State University between 1998 and 2002.
