Han Steemers

Han Steemers is an experienced Scrum Master with a comprehensive background in agile methodologies and team facilitation. Currently serving at Spaarne Gasthuis since June 2021, Han previously held similar roles at RDC inMotiv and ING, where responsibilities included guiding teams through the Agile Way of Working, restarting the Scrum framework, and advising on operational improvements. With a career beginning in application programming at Gemeentelijk Rekencentrum Leiden in 1985, Han has accumulated extensive knowledge in DevOps, reporting, and IT infrastructure management across various positions, including roles in demand management and configuration management.
