Koen Otten

Koen Otten is an experienced personnel planner currently serving as Personeelsplanner Metro at GVB since January 2020, overseeing staff management during emergencies and coordinating metro driver schedules. Prior to this role, Koen worked as a freelance instructor, clinician, and choreographer with Artdevelopment.nl from September 2015 to October 2021, and held various planning and managerial positions at Traffic & More and Fit-TV. Koen's experience includes in-house planning for GVB through Olympia, managing a pool of approximately 300 drivers, and a previous internship in HR at Mercure Hotel. Koen holds a degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed Havo education at Comenius College in the fields of Nature & Health and Technology.
