Marisa Crapanzano

Marisa Crapanzano has over three decades of diverse experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Conductrice at GVB since July 2015, Marisa facilitates passenger journeys. Prior to this, Marisa worked as a Teamleider at Mozart Hotel for two years, managing recruitment and training. As the Owner of Trattoria Aronica from April to August 2012, Marisa ran a catering business. Marisa spent a significant portion of career at Madame Tussauds Amsterdam as a Retail Manager, where responsibilities included retail management, recruitment, staff training, budget management, and health and safety oversight. Marisa holds a Havo degree in Classical Languages from Zaanze Schaans and a qualification in Fashion Design from Modevakschool.
