Mark Silverman

Mark Silverman is an experienced account manager with a diverse background in the food service and retail industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at GVH Distribution since April 2022, Mark actively promotes the Packaging and Supplies program to Unified Grocers in Southern California. Previous roles include Grocery and Food Service Associate at Amazon Fresh, where Mark contributed to the launch of a flagship grocery store, and Regional Account Manager at LA Foods, focusing on sales development with food manufacturers. Mark has held key positions in dairy product sales, successfully converting and managing numerous accounts for major retailers such as Costco and Walmart in the National Account Sales Manager role at Producers Dairy Foods Inc. Additionally, experience includes pioneering bakery account expansion at Fisher Mills/Puratos and managing over 120 accounts as a Bakery Sales Representative at BakeMark USA/Westco Products. Mark holds a degree in Baking Technology for Allied Personnel from the American Institute of Baking and attended Los Angeles Pierce College.
