Guido Bacchelli

Guido Bacchelli possesses extensive experience in equity capital markets and corporate finance, with a focus on origination and execution of complex transactions across various regions. At GVS Filter Technology, Bacchelli serves as Investor Relations and M&A Director and Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and IR. Previous roles include serving as Director in Equity Capital Markets at UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking from April 2018 to March 2019, and Director of Equity Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe from November 2020 to February 2023. Bacchelli began the career as a Corporate Finance Associate at UniCredit in 2010 and played a significant role in high-profile transactions, such as the UniCredit Rights Issue and Prada IPO. Bacchelli holds a degree in Finance from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
