Donna Wright

Donna Wright has a solid work history in customer service and sales coordination roles. Donna began their career in 1993 at Egan Visual as a Customer Service Representative, where they interfaced with customers, expedited orders, and handled show and venue information. Donna then joined Maratek Environmental in 2003, starting as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Inside Sales Coordinator. In this role, they handled sales quotes, maintained customer data, resolved concerns, and implemented new procedures to enhance sales. In 2007, Donna joined CPI Card Group as an Account Manager for two years before moving on to BEL Products Inc. in 2011. At BEL Products, they worked as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, managing customer accounts, processing orders, providing customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. Lastly, Donna joined G&W Electric Co. in 2016, where they initially worked as an Inside Sales Coordinator before transitioning to their current role as an Order Management Coordinator. In this position, they support and leads the order lifecycle, coordinates with various departments to meet customer requirements, and provides timely customer service and assistance.

Donna Wright obtained a Diploma (High Honors) in Social Service Worker from Sheridan College from 2009 to 2011.
