GW Highways provides a fresh approach to construction. We offer the services and connections you would expect from a national business with the added benefit of local knowledge.

Our structure enables us to be agile and effectively manage, offering our customers and teams an enhanced level of service and support. We work collaboratively to continuously improve the services that we offer, and as a progressive business, our people believe in our core values and we support and invest in them.

Formed in 2020 through the amalgamation of leading Kent-based construction management company DJG Management Services Ltd, and road surfacing contractors CW Surfacing Ltd, this powerful collaboration means we bring together the best in construction leadership and operational expertise through our extensive in-house resources.
