Mock Trial is a public speaking activity with a focus on trial advocacy. We advance legal education among undergraduate students through intercollegiate Mock Trial competition. We prepare mock court cases (as attorneys and witnesses) and travel to tournaments around the country to compete against other schools, and ultimately, win tournaments. If you want to become more confident, learn about the law, hone your acting skills, or learn more about public speaking (even if you don't plan on going to law school!), Mock Trial is the activity for you.
