Brett Arnold

Brett Arnold began their work experience in 2015 as a Quality Co-op at GW Lisk Co. Inc. In this role, they collected and logged daily production scrap, retested valves to verify failure modes, and utilized machine tools to tear down valves and determine the cause of failure. Brett then progressed to the role of Quality Control Inspector, where they devised and carried out inspection plans on incoming and in-process hardware. Brett used hand inspection tools and electronic fixtures to measure critical dimensions and verify Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Additionally, Brett worked closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality personnel to process discrepant material.
