Ralph Weber

Ralph Weber, PMP has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 30 years. Ralph started their career at Mobil Chemical Company, where they focused on plastics and films research, product/process development, project management, and technical marketing. Ralph then joined Xerox Corporation as an Engineering Team Leader & Technical Specialist, leading a high-performance team in the development and delivery of modules and subsystems for a prestigious digital production printing system. Ralph then joined Durst Image Technology, where they led an international team in the development and commercialization of a high-speed digital printer for the professional photo market. After that, they worked at Aviso USA, Ltd. as an Executive General Manager, overseeing the company's US office, sales, marketing, service, and support team. Ralph then joined New Scale Technologies as the Director of Standard Products Portfolio, where they spearheaded sales, marketing, product development, and commercialization efforts for miniature precision electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical solutions. Most recently, Ralph worked as a Sr. Project Manager at GW Lisk, and prior to that, they worked as a Technical Product Development and Marketing Consultant. Throughout their career, Ralph has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on customer needs and market development.

Ralph Weber, PMP holds a Master's degree in Material Science and Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
