Skyler Strobel

Skyler Strobel is a metallurgical engineer currently employed at G. W. Lisk since September 2023. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in May 2023, Skyler has acquired substantial experience through various internships and roles. Notable positions include serving as a process engineering intern at both Celanese, focusing on improving product quality and process consistency for cellulose acetate flake, and Novelis, where a management project was developed to enhance operator knowledge and increase floor efficiency. Additionally, Skyler contributed as a FYS Peer Educator at Clarkson University, mentoring incoming freshmen, and gained valuable customer service skills through positions as a sales associate at Lowe's and a server at Turtle Cove and The Hardware Cafe.
