Brian Mannix

Brian Mannix is a distinguished Research Professor at George Washington University's Regulatory Studies Center since 2010. With over three decades of experience in economic consulting as President of Buckland Mill Associates, a role held since January 2009, Mannix also served as Associate Administrator for Policy, Economics, & Innovation at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2005 to 2009. Previous positions include Senior Fellow at The Mercatus Center, Director of Science & Technology Studies at The Manufacturers Alliance, and Deputy Secretary of Natural Resources for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mannix's early career included roles as a Resident Fellow at The American Enterprise Institute and Deputy Branch Chief at the Office of Management and Budget. Educational credentials include an M.P.P. from Harvard Kennedy School and degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Harvard University.
