Brian Mannix is a distinguished Research Professor at George Washington University's Regulatory Studies Center since 2010. With over three decades of experience in economic consulting as President of Buckland Mill Associates, a role held since January 2009, Mannix also served as Associate Administrator for Policy, Economics, & Innovation at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 2005 to 2009.
