Chris Fraser

Chris Fraser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and counterintelligence, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Exiger since April 2022. Fraser has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Senior Director of Analytics at Exiger, and Chief of Staff for the Threat Directorate at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). In academia, Fraser contributes as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University and has developed curriculum for the Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence at the University of Kansas. With a strong background in the Department of Defense, Fraser previously led the Protecting Critical Technology Task Force and has held positions in military intelligence and operations. Fraser holds a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Salisbury University.
