Greg Britton

Greg Britton serves as the Editorial Director at Johns Hopkins University Press since May 2011 and is also a Professor of Practice in Scholarly Publishing at The George Washington University since August 2021. Previously, Greg held the position of Publisher at Getty Publications from January 2008 to May 2011 and directed operations at Minnesota Historical Society Press/Borealis Books from 1999 to 2008, as well as at Madison House Publishers, Inc. from 1989 to 1999. Academic credentials include an ABD and MA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with an AB in Liberal Arts from Wabash College. Additionally, Greg engaged in studies at the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies in Oxford in 1982.
