Jon Kerr

Jon Kerr has extensive experience in management and operations within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as General Manager at SnapCab since February 2006. In this role, Jon oversees the sales, project management, estimating, and product management departments for the elevator product line, driving revenue growth and enhancing market share. Jon has also been responsible for manufacturing operations, managing teams across day and night shifts for North American Elevator product manufacturing, and collaborating with the CFO on budget forecasting. Notably, Jon implemented a lean manufacturing approach, significantly improving product quality and reducing manufacturing times. Additionally, Jon has held project management responsibilities, managing projects generating over $7MM annually. Since July 2021, Jon has contributed as a member of the Customer Experience Advisory Council at The George Washington University.
