Lindsey Smith

Lindsey Smith is a doctoral student and Graduate Research Assistant at The George Washington University, focusing on leadership and organizational psychology since August 2012. In the current role, Lindsey contributes to research on the career experiences of former college women leaders and conducts various studies related to leadership and team dynamics. Previous experience includes working as a research intern at the Center for Creative Leadership, where projects involved youth leadership, as well as co-investigating a research project at Elon University that investigated competencies vital for first-year professionals. Additional roles at Smith's Marina Inc. provided experience in employee training and store management. Lindsey holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and a BSBA in Management and Psychology from Elon University.
