Marvin Phaup is a Research Scholar and Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University, where they have contributed since 2002. Previously, from 2009 to 2010, they served as the Director of the Federal Budget Reform Initiative at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Marvin earned both a MA and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia, following a BA in Economics from Roanoke College.
