Matthew Collins, MBA, MSF, currently serves as an Artificial Intelligence Consultant at Peraton, where responsibilities include governance and policy analysis for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, contributing to the development of the Intelligence Community's first directive on AI. Additionally, Collins is an Adjunct Professor of Geography at The George Washington University. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Systems Engineer and International Business Specialist at Northrop Grumman, where emphasis was placed on advanced autonomy and artificial intelligence. Collins has also served as a Human Terrain Specialist with the Department of the Army, specializing in sociocultural research in Afghanistan, and held various key positions within the United States Marine Corps, culminating in significant contributions to intelligence and geospatial programs.
