Michael Lennon

Michael Lennon is a Sr. Fellow at the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership and a Principal at CAIPP, with a focus on activating collective intelligence through innovative action learning sprints. They have former experience as a Consultant and VP IT officer at The World Bank, and as a Principal Consultant at PwC Consulting, where they specialized in public sector innovation. Michael also served as a Managing Consultant at IBM, providing strategy and management consulting. Currently, they are a Fellow at The RSA and are developing graduate and undergraduate courses in innovation and leadership development. Michael is pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Maryland and a BFSF at Georgetown University.
