Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller, PMP, ARM-E, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Resilience at Edwards Performance Solutions, focusing on enhancing organizational capacity to withstand disruptions. In addition, Ryan is a Principal at Critical Functions®, collaborating with senior leadership to safeguard critical business functions and preempt potential threats. Ryan contributes to public safety as a member of the Maryland Governor's Emergency Management Advisory Council (GEMAC) and educates future emergency managers as a Lecturer at The George Washington University. Ryan's previous experience includes directing emergency management for Howard County, Maryland, and teaching at Loma Linda University, where course development and instruction centered on disaster management. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in Crisis, Emergency, and Risk Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
