Sharon Bratton

Sharon Bratton is a seasoned quality and engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Siemens since July 2023, Sharon also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at The George Washington University, focusing on supporting women in leadership. Previously, Sharon held significant roles at Philips, including Sr. Engineering Manager and Board Advisor, with responsibilities ranging from managing global service operations to developing compliance processes in manufacturing. With previous experience at Respironics, Marconi, and Biocontrol Technology, Sharon has consistently driven quality improvements, supplier management, and process validation in various engineering capacities. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
