Stephen Fortier

Stephen Fortier, D.Sc., serves as the President of 4TA Consulting, Inc. since 2007, providing technical solutions and support for government contracting firms, particularly in information technology and engineering. In addition to this role, Stephen Fortier is an Adjunct Professor and Associate Director at George Washington University's Institute of Crisis, Disaster and Risk Management. Previous positions include Vice President of Technical Solutioning at L-3 Titan Communications and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Titan Corporation, along with various engineering and management roles in earlier companies.
