Tara Sinclair

Tara Sinclair is a distinguished academic and economist currently serving as a Professor of Economics and International Affairs at both The George Washington University and the Elliott School of International Affairs. With a career spanning over two decades, Sinclair has held various roles, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Macroeconomics at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, leading a team focused on macroeconomic forecasts and analysis. Additionally, Sinclair has served as a Senior Fellow and Chief Economist at Indeed, where research on global labor market trends was conducted using proprietary and public data. Sinclair's expertise also includes a visiting professorship at The University of Texas at Austin and earlier experience as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. Sinclair holds a PhD in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
