Ted Kniker

Ted Kniker is an accomplished executive and educator with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and instruction across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at IMPACT Paradigm Associates since March 2018, Ted specializes in organizational transformation through performance excellence frameworks. Ted's roles include coaching and consulting at UFacilitate, advising at AdvisoryCloud, and teaching as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University, American University, and George Washington University, focusing on policy, performance measurement, and organizational improvement. Previously, Ted held key positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Enlighteneering, Inc., and Executive Director at The Performance Institute, along with significant consulting roles in federal agencies. Ted holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Grinnell College.
