Thomas Holzer

Thomas Holzer, D.Sc., serves as the Chief Consulting Officer at Tardis Consulting, LLC, since September 2011, providing expert guidance in Systems Engineering and Information Technology Service Management to government and commercial entities within the defense and intelligence sectors. In addition, Thomas is an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University, teaching Masters and Doctorate-level courses in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering since September 1999. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of the Infrastructure Service Provider Solutions Office at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from October 2008 to September 2011, where leadership and engineering activities were focused on IT infrastructure development and sustainment. Thomas holds a D.Sc. in Systems Engineering and an MSEM in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, along with a BSME in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
