Adjunct Professor

Tom Roy is the founder of Thomson-Roy Advisors, established in 2007, where the focus is on developing international strategy and leadership for senior executives. Alongside this role, Tom Roy serves as an instructor at The Mahler Company and holds adjunct professor positions at George Washington University and Ecole Superieure de Commerce, CFE, France, teaching subjects related to leadership, strategy, and geopolitics. Additionally, Tom Roy is an advisory board member at East West Associates, providing insights on expanding China business consultancy. Prior to these roles, Tom Roy spent 28 years at Groupe Michelin in various capacities, including international executive roles and VP of Finance, Law & Business Development for the Asia-Pacific region. Tom Roy began his career as a litigation and arbitration attorney from 1973 to 1979, specializing in industrial and commercial construction as well as international trade secret theft cases. Tom Roy holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University.
