Tom Wells

Tom Wells is an experienced professional in real estate and mortgage finance with a robust academic and industry background. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at The George Washington University, Mortgage Bankers Association, and American University, Tom teaches various courses related to real estate valuation, investment, and mortgage finance. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Gate House Strategies LLC, where Tom provided strategic planning for mortgage credit risk management, and a long tenure at Freddie Mac, concluding as Senior Director of Client Credit Management. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University and has completed Executive Leadership Training at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
