William Daroff

Adjunct Professor

William Daroff serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations since November 2019, where leadership guides the agenda for 50 national member organizations representing American Jewish life. Recognized as one of the fifty most influential Jews worldwide by The Jerusalem Post and in America by The Forward, Daroff plays a key role in addressing significant issues within American Jewry. In addition to current leadership, Daroff is the CEO-Designate at The George Washington University and teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Political Management. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for Public Policy at The Jewish Federations of North America and Deputy Executive Director at the Republican Jewish Coalition. Daroff holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an MA in Political Science, and a BA in History and Political Science from the same institution, with additional education in Eastern European Jewry.
