Gaurav is currently the Business Unit Director at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they oversee operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, they held numerous roles at CEVA Logistics, including Head of Ecommerce Germany, where they led significant projects and expanded revenue significantly. Gaurav's earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Engineer at Bhagwati Roadlines and participating in a Management Trainee Program at CEVA. They earned a Master of Science in Logistics Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama University.
