Jack Leach

Jack Leach has extensive experience in payroll management and administration, currently serving as Payroll Overpayments Team Leader at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2025, after previously holding the same title at Wincanton from April 2022 to October 2025. Prior to these roles, Jack Leach worked as a Payroll Management Partner at Wincanton and held various positions in payroll and HR administration, including Payroll & Benefits Associate at Mitie, Payroll Administrator at Immediate Media Co, and HR Administrator roles at VWV and Thrings. Jack Leach has also led a smart metering upgrade project at Western Power Distribution. Jack Leach is educated with a Payroll Technician Certificate from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
