Joni Meyer

Joni Meyer, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Manager of Compensation for the Americas and APAC at GXO Logistics, Inc. Joni previously held multiple roles in compensation and benefits administration, including positions at Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals and Yadkin Bank, where they directed group benefit programs. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Finance from Tarleton State University, Joni also serves as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Their extensive experience in benefits management and HR administration has shaped their current leadership role in compensation.
