Lee Chadwick

Lee Chadwick is a highly motivated and experienced senior leader who is currently retired after a successful career in various leadership roles, including serving as General Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc. since 2022 and Hubs North Lead at Hermes from 2021 to 2022. Throughout their career, Lee led multiple major transformational initiatives, excelling in both automated and non-automated environments. Known for their results-driven approach, Lee achieved significant accomplishments across Customer, Financial, and People metrics. Prior roles included Head of Operations at The Very Group and Interim E-comm Lead at B&M Stores, demonstrating their ability to thrive under pressure and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholder groups. Lee completed education at Bishop Henshaws High School from 1983 to 1986.
