Lex van Roon

Lex van Roon is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in logistics and team management. From 2020 to 2021, Lex held various roles at XPO Logistics Europe, including Site Manager and Warehouse Manager, where significant contributions were made in starting up operations and restoring stability. Prior to that, Lex was the owner of Worldwide Adventure Support from 2009 to 2015, and also worked as a Directeur at Asterismos Holding B.V. in 2008. Currently, Lex is employed at GXO Logistics, Inc., focusing on optimizing operations for several high-profile clients. Lex earned a degree in Sports and Movement from CIOS, completing studies in 1985.
