Rob Davies is a Solutions Design Manager currently at GXO Logistics, Inc., having previously held the same role at DHL Supply Chain since February 2022. With a rich background in operations, Rob has focused on developing innovative logistics solutions, particularly in finished vehicles, while also having led significant projects that optimized dispatch efficiency and introduced robotics technology within DHL Europe. Prior to specializing in solutions design, Rob served as an Operations Manager at DHL, where important initiatives enhanced operational excellence across the network. Rob’s career began in law enforcement, with roles as a police officer and contracted crime investigator, before transitioning into the logistics sector and personal training.
