Ron Wezel has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). Ron has served as the Vice President QHSE at GXO Logistics, Inc. since 2024, where they lead the QHSE & Security strategy for the UK&I, Continental and Central Europe regions. Ron Wezel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Organisational IT Management at AMBI from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Ron has obtained several certifications including HSE behavioral leadership, STAR management skills and competencies, Black Belt Certification (BB), a Certificate of Appreciation in Partners in business planning, Certificate in Strategic Knowledge Management, and a New Manager Development Course (NMDC).
