Steve So

Steve So began their work experience in the US Army as a Captain, serving as a Detachment Commander. Steve was responsible for coordinating transportation support. After leaving the Army, they joined PLC Trenching Co., LLC as a Project Manager, overseeing the installation of underground utilities for Wind Energy Projects. Steve then joined Amazon in 2010, starting as an Area Manager and later becoming an Operations Manager. Steve played various roles within the company, including overseeing the launch of new facilities, implementing productivity improvements, and managing multiple sites. Steve also worked at Coupang as a Senior Director of Operations FC Services before returning to Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager/Site Lead and eventually becoming a Multi-Site Leader. Most recently, Steve So joined GXO Logistics, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations in 2022.
