Steven Thys has extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the manufacturing and logistics industries. At ThyssenKrupp Automotive, Steven served as a team leader and shift leader, overseeing a team of operators and quality inspectors while managing production processes and ensuring quality standards. Following this, Steven co-owned BVBA THYMACO, which specialized in windows and doors. As a warehouse supervisor at Medtronic, Steven focused on achieving team productivity, quality, and safety goals. In subsequent roles at Stanley Black & Decker and GXO Logistics, Steven held positions such as group lead and operations manager, further enhancing expertise in operational efficiency and team management.
