Tamera Gethers

Tamera Gethers, SHRM-SCP, is a dynamic Senior Human Resources Partner with extensive experience in various HR functions, including staffing, training and development, and employee relations. They began their career at American Express and have since held key roles at notable companies such as Replacements, Ltd and Ecolab, where they coordinated recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Currently, Tamera serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc., after previously working as a Senior HR Business Partner in the same company. Tamera holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Guilford College.
