Tim Kinney

Tim Kinney has extensive experience in logistics and operational management, currently serving as the Network Development, CI & Operational Excellence Lead Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tim worked at Wincanton (now part of GXO) as Network Development & CI Manager from November 2022 to October 2025 and held several positions at Wincanton from August 2015 to November 2022, including Assistant General Manager and Stock & Systems Manager. Tim's career began at DHL Supply Chain, where responsibilities spanned various roles from Stock Manager to Event Planning Manager over an eighteen-year tenure, contributing to warehouse optimization and system implementations. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Tibbett & Britten and Barclays. Tim holds a degree from The University of Bolton, completed between 1991 and 1993.
