Devorah Katz

Devorah Katz, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at GY Properties, where responsibilities include managing and expanding the HR team, overseeing HR policies, benefits administration, talent recruitment, and employee retention initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Allyon, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and VP of Employee Relations, where oversight extended to HR, operations, and accounting. Devorah also held the position of President, managing daily operations at a woman-owned small business. Earlier career roles include Technical Staffing Manager, Office Manager, and Special Education Teacher, complemented by an academic background with a B.A. in Art Education and Psychology from Yeshiva University. Additionally, Devorah works as an Independent Stylist for Color Street since October 2020.
